PF Lash boosting eyeliner+Serum Review (&Tip to avoid eyelash fall)

Hellooo cuties! This liquid liner from Physicians formula claims to improve the growing of your eyelashes and within 2 weeks you'll see them longer. I've been using it for about 3 months and I did notice a progress in my lashes. when I was in high school (many light years ago) I used to sleep with my eyeliner on (BIG MISTAKE!!DON'T EVER DO IT) and as the time was passing by I start to notice that my eyelashes were falling off :( I did so wrong, I knew nothing about taking my makeup off and I did pay the consequences. After this reflection I began to remove every night my eyeliner with a mild eye makeup remover, then I stopped using eyeliners with toxic ingredients (like PEG's, BHA hidroxyanisole, petroleum, etc) and waterproof based, because those are the ones who are more harmful to your eyelashes (if you don't take them off correctly).
So my friends, try to avoid these kind of eyeliners or use them not so often (the ones who are not waterproof are better) and ALWAYS take off your eyeliner with a mild eye makeup remover (biphasic for sensitive eyes); but if you want something more soothing and natural to your lashes, use 1.5 tsp of extra virgin olive oil dissolved in 10 ml of distilled water to remove your mascara and eyeliner with a cotton pad; instead of distilled water you can use drinkable water, both of them are meant to be pure; the distilled one is even more pure and you can find it in drugstores and pharmacies. Always ask your doctor if you're taking medication for your eyes or if they're too much sensitive!
Also don't forget to check out the list of ingredients of the eyeliners you buy. This website will help you to find those nasty ingredients and so you'll be buying safety cosmetics :) http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/top-tips-for-safer-products/

I discovered this eyeliner, first of all because Physicians formula it's my favourite makeup brand (they don't use toxic ingredients and they're cruelty free yeiii) and then 'cause I was desperate for my lack of lashes; so I gave it a try. I wasn't disappointed! I start noticing that my little lashes were coming back, of course I'm still not so privileged of having camel lashes (wich are XXXL size) but they're coming back and that's what matters :) It takes some patience to see the result but it worth it. oh yes....patience my friend...

You can see the cracking of the eyeliner due to over applying it. (read below)
  • This liquid pen-eyeliner goes on easily and it's perfect for begginers.
  • I did notice a improve in my lashes after 3 months of using it.
  • It's water resistant and long lasting. It doesn't fade away, unless you rub your eyelids like a maniac.
  • It doesn't irritate my eyes at all.
  • The color black is perfect, with a slight vinyl finish and it's very very black.
  • Makes a thin line for those who likes sober eyes, but bold lines are harder to make due to the fine felt tip, and if you over apply it for a bold line, it tends to crack.
  • The tube contains only 0.5ml wich I think it's a few, but surprisely It still has lot of product (I use this eyeliner everyday, 24/7)
  • It really worth the price ($12.00)
  • What I didn't like?...if you apply a third coat (like I do to make it bold) the liner on your lid seems to crack giving it an irregular line; this liquid liner doesn't give you a matte finish, it's more like a glossy-vinyl finish, I'm okay with that as long as the eyeliner is perfectly black, but I'd rather choose a matte finish, it's my favourite :)
  • It runs a little bit when you cry (70% tears-proof)...don't judge me, I was only watching this movie," PS I love you". I think this is a new clasification for eyeliner :) hehe
RATE: 9.8 I'LL BUY IT AGAIN!
